Request from your account

Sign in, open Account security, then use the account deletion request option. The Android app also provides this through More → Account and data deletion.

Need help without signing in?

Email info@zaura.io with the subject “Marketing Commands account deletion” from your registered email address. Support will verify ownership before processing your request. Do not send your password.

Recovery and retention

There is a 30-day recovery window before permanent cleanup. You may cancel your request during this window. Final cleanup requires operator review. Shared company records, approval history, uploaded media and connected-provider data need an ownership and retention review. Billing receipt retention is handled separately; support will explain any records that must be retained and the applicable period before completing your request.

A deletion request does not immediately disable your account, cancel billing or pause scheduled campaigns. Review subscriptions and scheduled work before requesting deletion, or ask support for help.
